Exact images of your customers’ bills are archived onto our web server in a PDF file format. Your staff is given designated usernames and passwords to access the Client Connect website where they can look up invoices using a variety of search criteria. With a simple click, they can view the exact bill your customer has in front of them and quickly e-mail or fax multiple copies, or even accept payments.
