Application Support (Implementations) Manager
The Billtrust Implementation Team is a group of technical resources who perform system configuration, data mapping, scripting and quality assurance on work assigned to them by our client facing teams. The ITM’s role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the Team in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. This individual will plan, coordinate and direct configuration-related activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the Team. The ITM will work closely with Project Management Team Leads and Customer Support Team Leads to plan, schedule, deliver and track the quality of work being delivered by the Team.
The Application Support Manager will oversee a group of technical resources in two locations, manage the Team’s members in each group and work closely with local Business Leads to ensure thorough and clear requirements are being delivered to the Team – and similarly – ensure that high quality output which meets the requested business needs are being delivered.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other Engineering or technical discipline.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing new client implementations. This includes interacting with clients effectively to gather and document specific business requirements. The PM is responsible for ensuring that the client business requirements are met, the project plan is defined and the implementation stays on track with any risks identified and communicated. Additionally it is the PM’s responsibility to manage the client relationship effectively. In this critical role, the PM utilizes a background in managing technical implementations, an ability to interact with all levels internally and externally and proven ability to create effective development and/or deployment strategies.
Client Services Analyst
The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) will be a role model of service delivery for the organization. The CSS will bring light customer service experience working in the software development industry or a willingness an aptitude to learn and grow.
The CSS position will interact with customers as a business advisor and fulfill their moderately difficult change requests. They will utilize enhanced technical skills and excellent customer service skills which include both email and phone channel to handle and resolve customer work cases. They will also monitor their own work cases que to ensure service level goals are met.
Senior Client Services Analyst
The Senior Customer Support Specialist (SCSS) will be a role model of service delivery for the organization. The SCSS will bring a mid-level experience working in the software development industry with a focus on tier two customer requests and back end type processes and will help pass this knowledge on to the existing staff. Successful members of this team at Billtrust utilize a skill set that includes a knowledge of technical software products and applications and experience with customer support ticketing systems. All members of our Customer Support team are responsible for providing "remarkable" support to our B2B and B2C clients.
The Sourcing Recruiter will utilize an internet savvy, research-oriented background to develop innovative sourcing strategies which will increase our pipeline of active and passive candidates. By prequalifying candidate’s interests and qualifications, the Sourcing Recruiter will connect candidates with suitable open positions within Billtrust. In addition to uncovering talent, (s)he will develop and track metrics, share competitive intelligence, and build talent maps of competitive companies. This position is located at our corporate headquarters but will support all of the US offices.
MYSQL Database Administrator
We are looking for an experienced My SQL DBA to utilize MySQL 5.1 and related technologies. The DBA will work closely with the Senior Developers and IT Director to manage and support the MySQL database. In our growing and fast-paced IT department, this role will critical to our database functionality as we take our SaaS product forward.
Billtrust is looking for an experienced full time PHP Developer to join our fast- growing web development team. In this position you will be responsible for architecting and implementing new features of our leading customer facing web applications. The successful candidate must have experience in web development with a focus on PHP technologies. Additionally, the Developer must be able to collaborate with other departments within the organization and actively provide direction to other team members.
Inserter Operations/Laser Printer Operations
The Inserter Operator/Laser Print Operator will be responsible for printing/processing invoices and statements on high speed laser printers and automated inserting equipment. He/She will also help prepare mail for entry into the USPS. This role requires a valid Driver's License with an ability and willingness to drive a company vehicle, when necessary. Experience in a Print Ops role is needed.
V.P., Product Strategy
The Vice-President will report directly to our CEO and will lead our product strategy and road map while managing a team of Product Managers and other resources in a matrix environment. In this role, the VP will gain a full understanding of our customer requirements and the competitive market place in order to increase our speed to market and improve product quality. The role will also require the ability to effectively prioritize product launches and apply any necessary processes to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, a visionary with a creative mindset combined with the ability to overcome all challenges is desired.
Solid technical understanding will also be essential in order to effectively interface with our engineering team. A background in sales combined with advanced presentation and listening skills will be utilized to engage with our clients and prospects.

Marketing Director - Online Billing & Payments
In this role, you will be leading our efforts in driving adoption and growth of electronic bill presentment and electronic payments among our 1,100 clients and millions of bill recipients. You will be leading the creation and execution marketing programs to drive increased eBilling and ePayments adoption. You will build and lead a newly created team that will build and execute programs in both the B2B and B2C markets. You will also be our voice and content expert for electronic adoption and programs.
If you have experience developing and implementing strategies and programs to change purchasing or payments behavior in the Consumer, Small Business or Corporate Users market, we want to speak with you.
Billtrust Account Managers help customers maximize the value they receive from our CompleteBilling Service. This involves three actions: helping the client take full advantage of the features they have already licensed, selling them optional modules and helping them increase their electronic billing and payment adoption rates. This is accomplished with a mix of onsite meetings, web demonstrations, phone calls, and emails. The results of these actions are continued improvements in three key customer metrics for Billtrust: satisfaction, revenue and electronic billing/payment adoption.
This position will focus exclusively on our B2B biller clients, with a mix of major and mid-sized customers across a region of approximately 15 states. This is not a technical customer service roll; it’s a sales role with a proactive focus on helping our customer get the most out of our constantly evolving CompleteBilling Service.
