BILLTRUST EXPANDS BILLING DISTRIBUTION NETWORK WITH NEW FACILITY IN DALLAS

Firm’s 7th North American Facility designed to promote faster Billing

Dallas, Texas, April 11, 2011 – Furthering its commitment to speedy delivery times, Billtrust, the leading outsourced billing service provider, today announced the opening of a new processing facility to its Billing Distribution Network (BDN) in Dallas, Texas. The new facility is the seventh of its kind in North America and will service a large portion of the Gulf Coast region including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

The Dallas location is designed to speed up delivery times in the region in support of bills located in these markets along with billers distributing their bills across a geographically dispersed customer base in North America. The move demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to provide its customers with faster, more strategic billing options.

“With this new location we can improve delivery times by a full day in the region, and do it for less,” said Billtrust CEO Flint Lane. “It’s just another step in the process to help our customers achieve what we call Billing Wellness, a more strategic approach to billing,” Billtrust is dedicated to helping customers achieve Billing Wellness by improving delivery times, lowering costs, promoting e-billing, and building stronger customer relationships through billing. Through its Billing Wellness program, Billtrust has consistently shown a decrease in customer costs and an increase in billing efficiency.

The Dallas processing location joins a growing number of BDN facilities from coast-to-coast with other locations in California, Oregon, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois and Toronto. The BDN is especially useful for companies that bill to a wide geographic area. Billtrust technology identifies the best location for mailing based on a historical database of mail times to different zip codes. Bills are then distributed electronically to the best print/mail facility based on the zip code of the recipient. “Billtrust has a mailing facility in nearly every corner of the map. That’s a great benefit for us because we have customers all across North America,” Ray Sims, Director – National Credit at Roofing Supply Group said. “We want our customers to get their bills fast no matter where they are located.” The opening of the new facility highlights a growing industry trend where companies are seeking cost savings through the billing process while also increasing customer satisfaction. Billtrust continually seeks new areas for expansion to better help its clients achieve this goal.
