Billtrust Relocates Headquarters and Operations to Accommodate Rapid Growth

HAMILTON, NJ – (December 20, 2011) – To help accommodate a growth trajectory that has seen the company expand at a rate of 50% annually over the last decade, Billtrust, the premier provider of outsourced billing services, is moving its corporate headquarters and New Jersey operations center to larger facilities in Hamilton, NJ. The new location will allow Billtrust to continue welcoming customers at a fast pace and give the company ample space for developing and delivering even more sophisticated offerings and services. It is convenient to major commerce centers, including New York and Philadelphia.

This expansion caps a very eventful year for Billtrust. Staffing levels have increased by more than 30%, and Billtrust acquired two other companies. Billtrust’s rapid growth has won the company widespread recognition, including selection to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500TM list, the company’s fifth consecutive inclusion on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing private companies and selection as one of the 2011 50 Fastest Growing Companies in New Jersey.

Customer service is a high priority for Billtrust. As a result, the company enjoys a customer retention rate of 99.6%. “Our primary commitment is to our current customers. In April of this year, Billtrust expanded its Billing Distribution Network, a collection of regional print/mail plants used for processing billing based on the -ZIP code of the recipient. The new Texas facility, added to plants in California, Oregon, New Jersey, Florida, Illinois and Toronto, Canada, gives Billtrust full geographical coverage across North America. The Billtrust transition is expected to be completed by Christmas.
