First Billing Rockstars Awarded and Announced

The Billtrust Billing Rockstar Hall of Fame is beginning to take shape at headquarters and our lobby is now decorated with gold records recognizing the achievements of many great Billing Professionals.

At Billtrust, we take pleasure in recognizing individuals for the outstanding results they’ve achieved by their hard work, risk taking, and transformation of their organization’s billing process. Adapting to changing customer expectations and cutting edge technology isn’t always easy. 

The first round of winners accepted this challenge and become leaders within the industry. We were proud to announce our first round of winners publicly about one week ago. As an addendum to their list of names and companies, below is a list of each Rockstar and one of their most astounding achievements made in the billing industry: 1. Ed Guadagno and Kelli Beckham from East Coast Metal– Sending more than half of their bills electronically 2. Brian Good from Cobra PUMA Golf– Reduced overall billing costs by over 30% 3. Anthony Basilio and Mary Melone from U-T San Diego– 63% of U-T San Diego Newspaper customers are paying online 4. Megan Locke and Kelly Bates from from Chiquita– Over 80% eAdoption rate.
