Women’s Healthcare Leader Uses Billtrust’s Billing Services to Reduce Costs And Further Improve Service to 8,000 Active Customers
HAMILTON, NJ – May 15th, 2012 – Billtrust, the premier provider of outsourced billing services, today announced that Hologic, a leading global provider of solutions directed at improving women’s health, has chosen Billtrust to manage the processing and delivery of its invoices and statements across North America.
Hologic uses many portions of Billtrust’s CompleteBillingTM platform to reduce processing costs, improve collections, and further increase its already strong level of customer service. Based in Bedford, Massachusetts, Hologic is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of premium diagnostics products, medical imaging systems and surgical products dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of women.
Doing business on five continents, Hologic currently serves over 8,000 healthcare industry customers. The company completed the outsourcing of its billing function to Billtrust at the end of 2011, a process that went smoothly, according to Hologic executives. Billtrust’s CompleteBilling service is a diverse, end-to-end solution that includes bill design; delivery via the customer’s choice of U.S. Mail, Email, Fax and Online; Invoice GatewayTM, a service that lets clients download their invoices in PDF and Easy Import files; and e-Adoption, program for migrating customers to an electronic billing delivery and payment channel.
