Omsberg brings over 20 years of expertise as an attorney and business executive in high growth technology, FinTech, software and SaaS solutions businesses. He previously served as general counsel at PayLease, AT Solutions, and Official Payments, and he has held senior legal positions at PeopleSoft and in private practice. “We’re thrilled to have Keith on our executive leadership team,” said Billtrust CEO, Flint Lane. “His expertise and thoughtful, strategic perspective made him the right choice to lead the legal and compliance teams at Billtrust as we scale our business.”
Omsberg’s role will be far reaching, as he provides guidance and expertise on corporate law, compliance, technology transactions, privacy, litigation, intellectual property, and employment law matters. In addition, he will manage the compliance department and coordinate global legal matters.
