DENVER, CO – (August 7, 2013) – Open Scan has appointed Connie Grivas to Director of Customer Success to ensure that every client is getting optimal value from Open Scan’s products and services. This extends Open Scan’s ongoing commitment to making every customer a raving fan and reference.
As part of this position, Connie will manage the company’s new consulting offering.

Darrin Brown, a cash management executive with Fortune 500 leadership experience, will lead the on-site training services. Mr. Brown has 16 years of experience in cash flow process improvements, in which he helped several companies build new processes and achieve varying goals, such as reducing headcount and DSO, optimizing Days Payables Outstanding (DPO), increasing team accuracy, and remediating Sarbanes-Oxley audit items.
