Billtrust Summit Recap Series | Part 5

Billtrust Pavilion

During Summit 2019, we had the chance to mingle with our customers, sponsors, and special guests at our Billtrust Pavilion. It was a fantastic opportunity for networking and face-to-face conversations pertaining to all things payments. We also got the chance to reveal our newly branded booth, which looks pretty slick if we do say so ourselves.

Billtrust Summit 2019 setup

It’s always a pleasure having the opportunity to put faces to names and learn from some of the top innovators in the space in person. If one thing was abundantly clear at this year’s Summit, there’s a lot of passion in the B2B payments space. More and more companies are realizing the impact that evolving their payments processes can have on their organizations, and individuals are excited about the innovations taking place and how they’re impacting and elevating their roles.

One of the key aspects of the Pavilion this year was the ability to converse and share insights and questions with our attendees. We were also able to hear about their concerns. In one example, an attendee told us about their concerns with their current enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution, and its difficulty in properly applying their cash. In opportunities like this, we’re able to share further details about our solutions and how they would address these issues in a more efficient manner. In this particular example, we were able to dive into the intelligent matching capabilities of our Cash App solution and how seamlessly it would integrate with their ERP.

There were countless more conversations like this all week within the Pavilion between our attendees, sponsors, and the Billtrust team. It’s these conversations that allow for us to hear the needs of our customers and ensure that we’re offering the payments support they need. From providing examples of how we are continuing to streamline the entire order-to-cash lifecycle with Billtrust Collections and the Second Phase acquisition announcements, hearing from thought leaders from the likes of Visa and professional poker player, Annie Duke, to getting powerful insights from our customers on the challenges they are facing on a daily basis, this year’s Summit had no shortage of impactful content for everyone.

Once again, we want to thank everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to attend Summit 2019 and help make it such a fantastic event. And, of course, we couldn’t have done it without our wonderful sponsors, including Visa, Flywire, KeyBank, Plastiq, Second Phase, DAL, CardConnect!

So farewell to New Orleans for now. We can’t wait to see what next year will bring!
