The InVoice: Step inside Billtrust & see what we do

If a picture says a thousand words, then a video can be an entire conversation. At Billtrust, each day brings us new projects that help us lead the world in payment cycle management excellence. We want to share what we do with the world, and so we’ve created a new feature called “The inVoice”, a video blog that will highlight how we do what we do. Since we got our start more than 15 years ago in the wide world of invoice delivery, it made perfect sense to name our new video blog after one of the things we do best. Just like invoices are the first step in your invoice-to-cash process, this vlog will allow you to take a step inside Billtrust.

The InVoice will provide a brief look into the teams and departments at Billtrust that you may or may not already know about. These glimpses into the behind the scenes action will help you understand the approaches we use and the philosophy behind how we invent and build the solutions you need. You’ll meet our rock star employees that help us to be the best we can be, while attaining an understanding of why we do things the way we do.

Our first vlog post, The Importance of Training, gives a first-hand look at why customer and internal training is critical for success, from one of our training experts. Training is an important part of giving our customers and employees the right tools for success. Billtrust Senior Product Trainer, Justin Von Euw, gives us an inside look as to why customer and employee training is crucial for the success of our solutions.
