How did you begin your work in the order-to-cash industry?
In 2019, I worked for a company acquired by Billtrust and then continued within the order-to-cash space. Working for Billtrust opened up the market to include a global perspective, which has allowed me to have an expanded experience within the order-to-cash market.
What has been the most empowering part about working in your role?
I believe it’s being able to serve large, international customers. Billtrust is a corporation with great colleagues, which creates a great atmosphere of support when working to complete larger-scale projects.
What kind of demographic makes up your Billtrust team?
We have 30 people, made up of 10 nationalities. Our team has about 12 different roles, and we all cooperate very easily! We like each other and prioritize spending time together in and out of the workplace.
And when I look for someone to join our team, I look for someone who is a team player and is eager to learn.
