SVP & Associate General Counsel
As the leader of the Commercial Legal Team, Tim is responsible for overseeing all company contractual matters and providing legal advice and support for sales, marketing, procurement, privacy and security, product and software development, intellectual property, payments, human resources and litigation.
Tim has more than 25 years of experience serving in legal leadership roles for numerous global Fintech and other technology companies. Prior to joining Billtrust, he most recently served as Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Transamerica, a large financial services firm. Tim holds both an undergraduate and a law degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He is also a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
