Who should attend this event?
The one and a half day session is geared towards anyone involved in the order-to cash-process. This includes internal users of our products, Client Connect and Cash Application, as well as your customer-facing teams who have insight into your customer’s use of eInvoice Connect. It extends to managers who oversee the AR/cash application process, and even training teams looking to enhance their own internal programs. We will also provide an opportunity for your team to have one-on-one time with Billtrust customer support, implementations, electronic adoption, and account managers, in order to improve adoption of whichever of our products support your business processes, and enhance the user’s experience.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with other users, in the interest of sharing best practices and learning about alternate approaches. Ultimately, we feel this is a unique offering that will provide attendees with targeted instruction. The goal is to provide a program offering next-level support, which our clients can leverage in different ways.
