Billtrust Hires Anne Howley As Vice President, Customer Experience
Accomplished Financial Industry Executive Brings Strong Customer Service, Operations and Project Management Experience
HAMILTON, NJ – April 3, 2012 – Billtrust, the premier provider of outsourced billing services, today announced the hiring of Anne Howley as its Vice President of Customer Experience.
Howley, a financial services industry professional with extensive experience in customer service, credit card operations, and project management, will be responsible for all aspects of Billtrust’s customer service. Howley has a proven track record of implementing innovative customer experience strategies. Previously a customer experience and contact center consultant, she served for eight years as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience/Operations for Advanta Corporation, the second largest business credit card issuer in the U.S.
