What are you Communicating Through your Bill?
I’ve been working at Billtrust since September 2011 and I’ve quickly seen the countless possibilities that this company can offer their customers. As a Customer Support Representative, I’ve not only seen how rapidly we are growing, but in the development of the products and services that we provide to our customers. For example, I’ve noticed how often our department receives phone calls and emails from customers requesting to add or change a message on their bills. These messages vary between notifying customers of a changed remit address, promoting a new service within their company or simply informing customers of new business and holiday hours- all great ideas to spread messages, since everyone reads their bills. CompleteMessaging allows customers to display marketing messages and images on their bills to target specific branches or account numbers through multiple delivery methods, such as U.S. Mail, email, ebill and fax.
