Chief Customer Officer
Steve Lindeman is Chief Customer Officer at Billtrust, and drives decisions that directly impact how Billtrust clients interface with and benefit from their Billtrust relationship. He manages the client success organization which includes implementations, professional services, support, the client champion team, the migration team and application engineering team. Prior to joining Billtrust, Steve held executive positions at technology-centric companies such as Heat software, NC4, DataPath, Rockwell Collins, IBM, Candle Software, Oracle, AT&T and NCR.
During his career, he has consistently driven success based on putting the client first by building consulting and support teams who truly understand the client’s goals, and working in partnership to achieve those goals. He believes success for clients is a journey, not a destination, and requires continual commitment and focus on the part of any organization. If clients are put first it strengthens and grows the partnership and the value that both parties receive. Steve received his B.S in Systems Engineering from Wright State University.
